Reservation: A binding reservation is only accepted through an online booking via our website or via our email correspondence and is only finalized after a transfer of 50% of the travel price within 3 days of booking to the account specified in the offer. By making a booking you accept our booking and cancellation conditions. If we do not receive the downpayment, the booking will be canceled after 7 days from receipt of the booking.

Deposit: For travel groups, we ask for a deposit before handing over the keys. The deposit will be fully refunded immediately after departure, provided that no damage has been caused to the apartment and it has been left in a tidy condition.

Pay: We do not accept credit cards to pay your bill! We ask that you pay the outstanding amount by bank transfer up to 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation after reservation, 50% of the total price will be charged. If you cancel within 50 days of arrival, we charge a 100% cancellation fee. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the confirmed booking period must be paid in full. The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply; the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (http://www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf) or § 5 of the AGBH 2006 apply. When booking offers such as last minute or non-refundable rates, special cancellation conditions apply, which you will be informed about when booking!

Special cancellation conditions due to COVID 19: If the borders are closed - and if travel is not possible due to this, the region or our apartment building is closed, there will of course be NO cancellation costs.

House rule: We provide our apartments for living and sleeping purposes; any other use is expressly prohibited. It is not permitted at any time to bring anyone other than those registered for the trip into the apartments. House quiet begins at 10 p.m. - music and conversations at room volume must be stopped from 10 p.m.
